We stand behind our Buddies!
Hammer Buddies products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right—just reach out at Sales@cabincustoms.cp with your order info and a photo.

Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover normal patina, rust from harsh conditions, or damage from improper installation.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Buddy (or Birdie)!

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Must be undamaged and in original condition

• Must be returned with original packaging (if possible)

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Items damaged due to improper installation
